After the past few weeks, I figured we collectively need a breather from intense topics, so I chose a fun Instagram Reels trend to share with you today. The “This or That” Reels or TikTok trend (I’ve seen many on both platforms) is a fun one to film with a group of people. Titles at the top of the screen give opposing preference options such as “always late or always on time,” or “likes to stay in or loves to party.” Then people soul-train style dance towards the option that describes them.

Use it for Your Business

“This or That” Reels fall under the category of Know-Like-Trust posts. In any type of sales, your goal is to get your audience to know, like and trust you. Then, they are most likely to purchase from you. “This or That” Reels showcase your personality (or that of your team members) and help your audience to get to know you and your business a little better.
